Update of the EULA/DPA for RICOH CloudStream

Due to the discontinuation* of on-premise/private cloud environment licenses for RICOH CloudStream on 31st March 2025, the EULA/DPA for RICOH CloudStream has been officially updated as of 1st April, 2025. Please confirm the contents from the web UI after the V2.13.0 release (Targeting on 3rd April).

＊We will keep supporting current customers who utilize PMC or CloudStream PS in On-premise/Private cloud environment until license expiration.

Summary of changes are as follows

EULA

Removed the provision about on-premise support.

DPA

Removed the provision about on-premise support.
Removed FPT Software Philippines Corp. from sub-processor list due to the operation changes.
