If the RICOH CloudStream Client is installed in local storage mode and connects to the primary CloudStream server, it is necessary to authorize it before the server can accept the connection, unless the account is configured to preauthorize all RICOH CloudStream Clients in the account PKI configuration. Please refer to the CloudStream user manual for details.
RICOH CloudStream Client authorization is done from the Security section > Endpoints section:
